Rheological Behavior of Spectrally Selective Coatings for Polymeric Solar Absorbers

Since the world’s energy demands are growing rapidly, there is a constant need for new systems. One of cleanest, most abundant, and renewable natural resources available solar energy; therefore, development surfaces with high absorption radiation increasing. To achieve best efficiency, such coated spectrally selective coatings, which strongly influenced by pigments resin binders. Spectrally paints have very specific formulation, since applied dry coatings should exhibit spectral selectivity, i.e., absorptivity low thermal emissivity, rheological properties liquid great importance. In present work, we studied effect thickness-insensitive (TISS) on selectivity adhesion polymeric substrate. The results showed that functional coating substrates dependent binder catalyst used preparation paints. It was shown good (thermal emissivity eT < 0.36 aS > 0.92) (5B) can be prepared polymer substrates.
